Our project took shape when our client, impressed by our portfolio, reached out to us. They were constructing a home in the lush, serene enclave of Defence Colony, Chennai—a neighbourhood embraced by greenery and tranquility. Tasked with designing the first floor for her elderly parents, she envisioned a space that would serve as their dream retirement home. Rooted in Kerala and having made Chennai their home for decades, the client's vision was to blend the best of both worlds. This 4500 sq ft abode, complete with an open-to-the-sky courtyard, promised an exciting canvas for our creativity.
